A 7 mile walk from Craigendoran giving a good local horseshoe circuit trek with great views of the Clyde.
The walk takes in Ben Bowie and Killoeter with good track but can be very boggy in places, it is best to wear gaiters.
It took me about 2 1/2 hours but give it an other hour if your fitness isn’t up to scratch.
The walk takes in small sections of the John Muir Way and Three Lochs Way.
