Views Are My New Addiction

Cubital tunnel release operation

Had my Cubital tunnel release operation on Tuesday at the Royal Alexandra Hospital Ward 21 Orthopaedics in Glasgow, the consultant Mr James Fraser-Moodie said it was worth doing and I hope myself the aches of pain will be gone.

I think I will be out of action for 6 weeks, but hope to be doing some walks after my stiches are out. I think running and cycling are out of the question for 6 weeks but I will have a fresh start and hope to get some racing done before the end of the year.

I was hoping to cycle the Cairn o’ Mount Challenge but that’s next week but there is a cycling tour in Cape Town South Africa in August, I could do see my sister and do the tour but I know I wont be my fittest and my weight won’t be down enough.

I will post soon….
